NOt good news:

Running back Darren McFadden was seen leaving the Raiders facility Wednesday still on crutches and with his foot in a walking boot, so his chances of playing Sunday against the Broncos seem to have gone out the window. He sprained the middle of his right foot in the first series of the Oct. 23 loss to the Chiefs.

Not good news. And he didn't practice Thursday as well. The only thing that makes me feel good about this is how well Bush ran the ball in the last game. We will get to see more of Taiwan Jones as well. But now having RunDum will allow the Bronco defense to key on the pass a little more. Is every one happy that we resigned Bush before the season started?

We probably don't need RunDMC to win vs Denver- I think and sincerely hope, because that will say a lot about the entire team (minus McFadden).

We still have Michael Bush, who is pretty reliable...

Todays paper says no run DMC or Seabass,,,,this one is on you Carson,,Fight On,,,er,,,,,,Just Win Baby.

Good article in the ESPN magazine about teams trying to tank,,,,,or Suck for Luck,,,so they can get Andrew Luck. Deneer was sighted as one of those teams. The mag says Elway is haveng Tebow play because in reality Tebow is not great and Denver can lose more games and get into the Luck lottery. Fine by me.

Latest update say RunDmc out, Sebastian will kick. We have a decent replacement for McFadden, we don't have an adequate guy to fill Sebastians shoes. So, this is better than the last report.

That is good news because this could well be even an all field goal game. I hope Seabass can kick 50 yarders.

Quote:
According to the Oakland Tribune's Steve Corkran, "chances are" Darren McFadden (foot) will not play on Thursday night against San Diego.

McFadden, who hasn't even resumed running, did not participate in Monday's Wednesday-like practice walkthrough and is expected to be replaced by Michael Bush and Taiwan Jones against the Chargers. According to Corkran, McFadden "still hasn't so much as gone out for a leisurely jog" since suffering a mid-foot sprain on October 23. After Thursday night, the Raiders' next game is on November 20, giving McFadden nearly a full month of off time.
